Terms of Service

Your access to and use of IcyPluto constitutes your agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use our Services. Use by minors is not permitted.

IcyPluto provides an agentic AI platform for marketing teams, including but not limited to:

• AI Visibility Tracking: Monitoring your brand's presence across large language models (LLMs) including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Tools and agentic workflows to improve how your brand is cited, ranked, and recommended by AI models.
• Answer Engine Optimization (AEO): Optimizing content to appear in AI-generated answers across search and LLM platforms.
• Brand Mention Monitoring: Real-time alerts and reporting on brand mentions, sentiment, and share-of-voice within AI-generated responses.
• Content Generation: AI-assisted creation of GEO-ready content, schema markup, and entity data to improve LLM citation rates.
• Analytics & Reporting: Dashboards, ROI attribution, and competitive intelligence for AI-powered search performance.

IcyPluto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time with reasonable prior notice where possible.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify IcyPluto immediately at info@icypluto.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. IcyPluto will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.

You may not share your account credentials with third parties, create accounts using automated means, or impersonate any person or entity.

IcyPluto offers subscription-based pricing. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable subscription rate.

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected at checkout.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription fees with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
• Refunds: All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or specified in a separate agreement.
• Taxes: You are responsible for all taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your subscription in your jurisdiction.
• Failed Payments: If payment fails, your access may be suspended until outstanding amounts are settled.

You agree to use IcyPluto only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Services to violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the platform
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform in an automated manner without prior written consent
• Use the Services to generate, distribute, or promote misleading, harmful, or unlawful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or third-party systems
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, or data connected to the Services
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Services without explicit written authorisation from IcyPluto
• Use the platform in a manner that could bring IcyPluto into disrepute or create legal liability

IcyPluto reserves the right to investigate and terminate accounts for violations of this section without refund.

All content, technology, software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and materials provided through the IcyPluto platform are the exclusive property of IcyPluto or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, IcyPluto grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes only.

You retain ownership of any content you submit or upload to the platform (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content, you grant IcyPluto a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, process, and analyse it solely for the purpose of providing the Services. IcyPluto will not sell or disclose Your Content to third parties.

IcyPluto uses artificial intelligence and large language models to generate content recommendations, optimisation suggestions, and analytical insights. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before implementation
• IcyPluto does not guarantee specific outcomes, citation rates, ranking improvements, or revenue results from the use of GEO or AEO recommendations
• Results may vary based on factors outside IcyPluto's control, including changes to third-party AI model behaviour, search engine algorithms, and market conditions
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before publishing or implementing it

IcyPluto integrates with third-party platforms including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and various LLM APIs. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective third parties. IcyPluto is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary authorisations or API access required to connect your third-party accounts to IcyPluto.

Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information of the other party that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential given the nature of the information and circumstances of disclosure (“Confidential Information”).

IcyPluto will not disclose your Confidential Information to third parties except as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, or as otherwise permitted in these Terms. You agree not to disclose any proprietary information about IcyPluto's platform, algorithms, or methodologies.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ICYPLUTO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

ICYPLUTO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ICYPLUTO IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IcyPluto, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Services in violation of these Terms
• Your Content or any content you publish using the Services
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your account through the platform settings or by contacting us at info@icypluto.com.

IcyPluto may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact IcyPluto at info@icypluto.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.

IcyPluto reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the platform. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
